Yeah you're not a good artist by any stretch. You even just admitted that you're not very skilled and after looking at your own artwork, you suck. Your anatomy and your perspective [especially your perspective] are awful and misplaced. Don't say that "you don't have to be an artist to be a critic", because the quality of your own work displays your understanding of the field and therefore the understanding of the quality in other peoples work.
I can't help but think that the only reason you even found my artwork was because Jigsaw80puppet told you to slander me, because I hurt his feelings by critiquing his "artwork". I've seen the two of you critic the same artwork together. I wouldn't doubt it if the two of you were tight.
Actually from reading further into your reviews on hiryugouki's work, I'd say that you're a fair and honest critic. I really thought the two of you were apart of a blam crew of some sort. I'm sorry for what I said about you.
